Morgan Wallen .Com | Morgan Wallen is expected to return to the road for a tour in 2022, according to reports. According to Billboard, an agency from WME, who had cut the singer from its roster when he was caught on camera using the n-word earlier this year, is now in charge of arranging his next tour.

Dangerous: The Double Album’s album sales increased significantly in the week after the incident. In other instances, physical and digital record sales increased by more than 100 percent in the week after the incident, according to Nielsen Music.  Despite the uproar, Wallen managed to maintain his position atop the Billboard charts throughout the week of February 13, 2021; Dangerous:

The Double Album maintained its position atop the Billboard 200 chart, while Wallen’s first album If I Know Me debuted in the top ten for the first time in its history.

Dangerous: The Double Album remained at the top of the Billboard 200 chart for the following weeks, giving Wallen the most weeks at the top of the chart for a male artist since Drake’s Views in 2016. Dangerous: The Double Album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Austin Neal is supposedly in charge of booking the Live Nation-promoted tour, which has not yet been completed, as well as six further gigs slated for this year. WME does not represent Wallen and, according to Billboard sources, Neal is booking Wallen “as a buddy” rather than as a client. Neal is the son of Kevin Neal, Wallen’s previous agent, who now represents Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line, among other bands for Warner Music Entertainment (WME).

Rolling Stone reached out to Wallen’s representatives for comment but did not get a response right away, and WME refused to comment. The business was still not representing Wallen, according to a source who spoke to Rolling Stone in September. The Cajundome will host Morgan Wallen’s “The Dangerous Tour” in 2022, which will include performances by the country artist.

Wallen will play on Saturday, April 23, 2022, with special guests Hardy and Larry Fleet, as well as more guests to be announced. The concert will take place on Friday, November 19, 2021, and tickets will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on that day. Tickets for this event may be bought at the Cajundome Box Office or online at MorganWallen.com.
